LINGER LONGER DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF BIRCH RIVER

Located on the Chestatee River, Birch River willbecome the newest Linger Longer Community

Lake Oconee, Ga. (January 26, 2007) — Linger Longer Development Company, the developer of Reynolds Plantation and Reynolds Landing at Lake Oconee, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the residential golf community of Birch River, located in Dahlonega, Ga., on the Chestatee River.

The acquisition includes the existing community of Birch River as well as the 6,995 yard, par 72 Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and club. The golf course has served as home to the Bell South Classic Qualifier, U.S. Amateur Qualifier and Senior PGA Qualifier.
